SHIPPING AND RETURNS
By default, we ship all our products with DHL GoGreen or Amazon Delivery.
To protect the environment, we aim to keep our return rate as low as possible – currently, it’s below 5%. Every return not only means extra work, but also puts a strain on our planet.
To avoid unnecessary returns, we take great care to clearly communicate all relevant product details and features.

Delivery Times
- Germany: max. 2–5 business days*
- Other EU countries: max. 5–8 business days*
- Rest of the world: max. 7–14 business days*
Shipping Costs (Germany)
- For orders under €49.99: shipping costs will be calculated individually at checkout based on your location.
- From a total order value of €50.00: free shipping
Returns
Your order didn’t meet your expectations and you want to send it back?
No problem!
You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request a return, as long as the products have not been used or washed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Your returned items will be sent back to our warehouse, carefully checked and, in the spirit of sustainability, made available for resale.
That’s why it’s important that the items are returned unused and unwashed. If possible, please send them back in their original packaging, provided it’s still intact.

You received the items more than 14 days ago or they have already been washed or used?
Returns are not possible anymore, please get in touch with us via email – we’ll try to find a fair solution.
